The AEGIS series, associated with the research group Aegean Interdisciplinary Studies (CEMA-INCA-UCL), makes available to scholars and informed readers a comprehensive overview of current research in the archaeology of the Aegean world, with particular emphasis on the Minoan civilisation. Monographs, doctoral theses, conference proceedings, and excavation reports are brought together to provide an integrated perspective on this crucial spatio-temporal domain for understanding Mediterranean Prehistory and Protohistory and its historical, political, cultural, symbolic, and social continuities.
